Liberality (rain)

Liberality, the only one stronger than heat
It is the one no one can defeat
Because it has, some sort of a chill
Earthquakes happen,"tsunami it kills
Rising waters and waves black and blue
As seen on TV, t'was said it was true
Last hopes, goodbyes, "we hope we'll survive"
"It isn't a sin to be alive!"
"Today and tomorrow we'll still be here!"
"Your tests and challenges are all we fear!"
